With COVID-19 concerns growing, order volume continues to be insane. We are doing our best on production and have multiple lines going and incentives for our production staff to double productivity each day. As of yet, we have not had any issues getting ingredients from suppliers and production is full speed ahead. With that said, orders placed today can expect shipping times in the 40-60 Business Day range. We are shipping out partial orders as soon as they become available, meaning you might receive your breakfast buckets first with the entree buckets coming a week later, based on production runs. 

As always, we appreciate your patience as we work through these crazy and difficult times. Emails will be your best means of communication with us and we will return them ASAP, typically within 2-3 business days. Please do not send us multiple emails, we have your email and will respond to it. 

By ordering today, you will secure your place in the queue to receive your product as quickly as possible. We will survive and get through this together!

The news of Coronavirus spreading has everyone in the news media and country focused again on being prepared with emergency supplies, especially food storage. With the massive increase in demand for emergency products, we are experiencing an unprecedented spike in orders that will cause shipping delays on every order placed. Please be aware that orders will be shipped in 35-50 business days from the time the order is placed. 

All orders are shipped on a first come, first serve basis. Ordering today will reserve your spot in line and we will do everything in our power to get your order in your hands as quickly as possible. We have ramped up production and are running double shifts to get orders produced and out the door as quickly as we can. We appreciate your patience as we deal with this emergency.

When an order is placed, an authorization for the amount of the order will be placed on your credit card for 2-3 days, at which point it may drop off. When/If this drops off, please know your order is still valid and it will ship in the order it was received! We will not capture funds from your credit card until we are closer to shipping your order.
