Production is really starting to move fast now and we were able to ship out thousands of packages over the last week. We are getting caught up quickly and hope to be able to cut shipping times down even further in the next week. While we aren't back to our normal 2-3 day shipping times, we are happy to announce that we are now shipping within 10-30 business days of when you place your order. Most non-food items are now shipping within a few business days. 

We are very grateful for everyone's patience as we have been working through a demand surge unlike anything we have ever experienced. We are working as fast as we can, including overtime and weekends, to produce food and get orders shipped out as quickly as possible. We want to thank all our dedicated staff for everything they are doing to speed up this process, their efforts should be applauded! 

As before, we really appreciate your help in not overwhelming our customer service team. They answer emails and voice messages as quickly as possible, and almost always within 24-48 hours. Please send just one email or leave one voicemail so that we can make sure that everyone gets the answers and support that they need. Emails are still the best way to get answers to your questions. Again, thank you in advance for your patience, we are making huge strides and will get back to normal shipping times soon!

Production is moving along nicely now and we are happy to announce that we can reduce our expected ship times to 20-40 Business Days. Orders still may ship out in 2 shipments, one with the breakfast buckets and the other with the entree options. We are really making a lot of headway and expect that shipping times will be even quicker in the next 15 days. We are very lucky to have so many workers doing overtime and weekends to get our products produced and out the door. 

We are greatly appreciative of your patience and consideration as we work through these difficult times still. Emailing our customer service staff is still the best and most effective way to get updates and answers to your questions. We are still swamped with phone calls, emails, and voicemails and typically can respond within 24-48 hours. 1 email is sufficient, please do not send multiple emails because it makes responses harder to handle. 

If you order today you will jump in the line and secure your place in getting your order as soon as physically possible. Things are moving along and progressing, so thank you for your patience!

Production is really starting to ramp up now and we are almost to the point that the Breakfast portion of your order will ship out in under 2 weeks. The Entree portion of the order is still taking more time because of the variety of meals that need to be produced. With that said, orders placed today can expect shipping times in the 30-50 Business Day range, with the breakfast portion showing up first. We are shipping out partial orders as soon as they become available, meaning you will get your breakfast buckets first!

With COVID-19 concerns growing, order volume continues to be insane. We are doing our best on production and have multiple lines going and incentives for our production staff to double productivity each day. As of yet, we have not had any issues getting ingredients from suppliers and production is full speed ahead. With that said, orders placed today can expect shipping times in the 40-60 Business Day range. We are shipping out partial orders as soon as they become available, meaning you might receive your breakfast buckets first with the entree buckets coming a week later, based on production runs.

The news of Coronavirus spreading has everyone in the news media and country focused again on being prepared with emergency supplies, especially food storage. With the massive increase in demand for emergency products, we are experiencing an unprecedented spike in orders that will cause shipping delays on every order placed. Please be aware that orders will be shipped in 35-50 business days from the time the order is placed. 


All orders are shipped on a first come, first serve basis. Ordering today will reserve your spot in line and we will do everything in our power to get your order in your hands as quickly as possible. We have ramped up production and are running double shifts to get orders produced and out the door as quickly as we can. We appreciate your patience as we deal with this emergency.

When an order is placed, an authorization for the amount of the order will be placed on your credit card for 2-3 days, at which point it may drop off. When/If this drops off, please know your order is still valid and it will ship in the order it was received! We will not capture funds from your credit card until we are closer to shipping your order.
